Fast fix: walk away from athlete's foot

Cheese foot. Toe rot. Tinea pedis. These are aliases for one of the worst villains known to hang out at the gym: athlete's foot. No, you don't have to be a Jets linebacker to pick it up. Avoid the fungus among us with these simple steps:
* Post-shower, after toweling off, blow-dry your feet, even between the toes.
* Use an anti-fungal or talcum powder, especially after working out at the gym, which is where most guys catch it.
