Peanut better
Men's Fitness, Sept, 2005 by Tom DelGiorno
In your fine article in the June/July edition, "101 Ways to Lose Your Gut," one of the ways listed (Pop Peanuts) mentioned a study that found that men who ate 500 calories of peanuts a day gained no excess weight. The good news is it works. I recently began adding peanuts to my diet (along with cashews, walnuts, etc.) and found that my weight did not increase and I actually lost some fat around the middle. Thanks!
