Exercise your love muscle

Men's Fitness, August, 2003

MEN WHO HAVE mild circulatory problems that impair their ability to get an erection may benefit from certain exercises--so much, in fact, that the exercises may rival Viagra in effectiveness. When researchers at Cologne University in Germany had patients do exercises that improve the blood supply around the pelvis, buttocks and upper-leg muscles--specifically, squats, pelvic lifts and leg lifts--participants experienced on average a 46% increase in erectile rigidity.

In all, 80% of participants claimed to have better erections, as opposed to just 18% in a control group of non-exercises. Uh, still feel like blowing off your workout today?
