Time for a quickie? You don't need a culinary degree to throw together a healthy meal. And these tasty two-ingredient dinners can be whipped up in an instant

PASTA & BALLS

[check] Trader Joe's Turkey Meatballs

[check] Mueller's Reduced Carb pasta

Grab a bag of Joe's from the icebox. The meatballs microwave in minutes (actually fewer than the package suggests, so be careful). Throw them over cooked pasta along with your favorite low-fat marinara sauce. With 14 grams of fiber per serving in the pasta, you don't even need a side for a well-balanced meal.

ONE-PAN BREASTMAN DELITE

[check] Tyson Quick and Easy Diced Chicken Breast

This meal is served hot, but all the ingredients are found in the freezer section. Contessa frozen stir-fry kits are all-inclusive blends of meats--such as chicken, beef, and shrimp--plus stir-fry veggies. The bag of Tyson's Quick and Easy Diced Chicken Breast will jack your meal's protein levels even higher. Empty both bags into a nonstick skillet with a bit of olive oil and saute until the chicken is done. If your creation seems too bland, add a couple of drops of hot-chili oil or Szechuan sauce for some extra zip.

ALMOST TURKEY DAY

[check] Jennie-O So Easy Turkey Breast Roast in Homestyle Gravy

[check] Stove Top Stuffing

Look for Jennie-O's Turkey Breast Roasts, Chunks, or Slices in the meat aisle. The precooked turkey slabs reheat perfectly in the microwave. While the meat spins, boil some water and make the stuffing according to the directions on the box--with one exception! Skip the recommended butter. The stuffing doesn't need it to taste great.

FISH 'N' TATERS

[check] Gorton's Grilled Salmon fillets

[check] Mrs. T's Pierogies

Fresh fish can be a hassle. That's why we like Gorton's grilled salmon, which goes from the freezer to the oven without any fuss. (Even the garlic-butter variety is a worthy option.) Pair your fish with a couple of microwaved pierogies, topped with your favorite hot or mild salsa.
