Consistency is key

After reading MEN'S FITNESS and trying assorted nutrition and training plans, I realized that the hardest part of getting a good-looking body is consistency. Like most people, I imagine, I can start a new eating program or workout just about any time, but hanging in there for the long haul has been one of the most difficult things of all. That's why I loved your article "Fire Up Your Workout" [July] for all the tips and motivation it offered. Since I started applying a number of your suggestions, I haven't skipped one workout or one postworkout meal, and now I'm stronger, leaner and more muscular. Thanks.
