A shocking 24% of Americans now incorporate toys or games into their love lives, according to sex-toy company Adam and Eve. And women are the largest consumers of the carnal gadgets--sales of gizmos "for her pleasure" are up 6% from 2001, the last year the survey was taken. Well, we always knew they loved to shop.

If you're thinking about getting hitched, be sure to keep your expectations in check, says a study in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology. Researchers quizzed newlyweds about their views on marriage over the course of the union's first four years. Those who acknowledged the ups and downs of wedded bliss were less likely to be dissatisfied than couples with fantasies of marriage equaling total happiness. So if you expect your wife to dance in skimpy lingerie every night, you're in for a rude awakening.
