The morning after: easy ways to burn through your leftovers

Dave Lieberman may have his own hit show on Food Network, but when he goes home for Thanksgiving, believe it or not, it's his dad who rules the kitchen. So, what's a celebrity chef to do? Make magic with the leftovers. Follow his advice and you can, too.
TURKEY HASH Fry up some chunks of diced turkey, a few potato wedges, some fresh onion, and a bit of rosemary for a quick brunch.
TURKEY SALAD Pour a blend of cranberry sauce, olive oil, red-wine vinegar, and thyme over baby spinach. Toss with turkey and toasted walnuts.
ASPARAGUS SOUP Puree peeled asparagus in a blender, then cook with onions, garlic, and milk. Top with a dash of salt, pepper, and Parmesan.

STUFFING PUDDING Mix together some stuffing, chunks of turkey, milk, and eggs. Bake until the mixture is warm and the eggs are fully cooked.
PUMPKIN-PIE ICE CREAM Mix a slice of pumpkin pie into a dish of soft vanilla ice cream. Leave in the chunks of crust and pie.
