Syracuse University announced an inaugural class of 16 students in its Goldring Arts Journalism Program, the first Master's-level degree program in arts journalism at an accredited journalism school. Directed by arts journalist and S.I. Newhouse School of Public communications faculty member Johanna Keller, the program includes communications and cross-disciplinary arts courses tailored to students' educational goals within five concentrations in architecture, film, fine arts, music and theater.
