Afterimage, Jan, 2001

ArtsLink 2001 will award $2500 to $10,000 in grant money to U.S. artists, curators and arts organizations. ArtsLink is a public-private partnership of CEC International Partners, the National Endowment for the Arts, the Trust for Mutual Understanding, the Howard Gilman Foundation, the Ohio Arts Council and the Kettering Fund.

The ArtsLink project provides artists and art organizations with the opportunity for international collaboration with artists in Central and Eastern Europe. ArtsLink support is provided to enrich creative and professional development and to stimulate the exchange of ideas and expertise. An extremely competitive award, ArtsLink applications are rigorously reviewed for artistic excellence and merit. A compelling project plan--one designed for the utmost benefit of participants in both countries and the potential for interactive dialogue--is imperative.
