The 2001/2002 James D. Phelan Art Award in Photography, sponsored by The San Francisco Foundation and administered by SF Camerawork, has been awarded to three photographers: Peter Tonningsen (Alameda, CA), Tom Patton (St Louis, MO) and Leigh Anne Langweii (Albuquerque, NM). In addition to these awards, honorable mentions will be given to: Amanda Marsalis, Jim Stone and William Heick.
