Yamaha donates over $100,000 to Mr. Holland's Opus Foundation

Yamaha's Band & Orchestral Division recently provided a number of instruments to The Mr. Holland's Opus Foundation (MHOF). The donation includes 110 marching drums of various colors and sizes, as well as 66 student snare drums. The percussion instruments, storage and shipping give the donation a value of more than $100,000.
The MHOF supports music education and its many benefits through the donation of new and refurbished musical instruments to underserved school and community music programs and individual students nationwide.
