Transportation

Greensboro is served by the Piedmont Triad International Airport. Delta. US Airways American Eagle, Continental Express. United and Northwest airlines all service the airport. Shuttles, taxis and hotel transportation are available. Greensboro also is served by Amtrak (800) 872-7245, and Greyhound bus (800) 231-2222.

Greensboro is accessible from 1-40 and 1-85. Contact the Local Coordinator for detailed driving directions. The School of Music is located on the corner of W. Market and Mclver Streets. Parking at the School Js available twenty-four hours a day at me rate of 75-cents/hour, with a $5/day maximum.

Reservations

A banquet will be held at 7:00 P.M. Friday, January 23, 2004, at the Elliott University Center, Willow Room; cost is $14.25 per person. The menu will include chicken breast stuffed with feta cheese. A banquet also will be held at 7:00 P.M. Saturday, January 24, 2004, at the Elliott University Center, Willow Room; cost is $15.25 per person. This menu will include grilled flank steak. Reservations for the Friday and Saturday evening banquets must be postmarked by January 10, 2004. Send your reservation with a check payable to UNCG to Paul Stewart, School of Music, UNC Greensboro, Greensboro, NC 27402-6170. Be certain to indicate which dinner(s) you wish to attend and the number of reservations required.
