MusicEase Software has released the MusicEase Traditional Songbook for Children and Adults 1.0, a Windows program that provides transposable sheet music for more than 300 traditional children and adult song classics. This program allows users to transpose, print and play.

Other program options allow for displaying chord names/guitar fret diagrams, tablature, scaling to different sizes and automatically reformatting, rearranging/deleting verses and playing with band accompaniment.

Songs include traditional children's songs like "Mary Had a Little Lamb," "Go Tell Aunt Rhody" and "Eency Weency Spider;" spirituals like "Swing Low, Sweet Chariot," "Go Tell It on the Mountain" and "All My Trials;" and standards like "After the Ball is Over," "Funiculi, Funicula" and "Annie Laurie." Other songs include "America, the Beautiful" and "Star-Spangled Banner," folk songs like "Freight Train" and "Hava Nagila," Christmas songs like "Away in a Manger" and "Jingle Bells," and favorite hymns like "Amazing Grace" and "Be Thou My Vision," among many others. From one to sixteen verses are included, depending on the song. All songs are in the public domain.

MusicEase Traditional Songbook operates with Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000 and XP, and requires 16 MB RAM. A sound card is optional.
