Gibson Guitar has announced several key executive appointments.
Joining the company as chief operating officer is William P. Antonace. Antonace joins Gibson from Symrise Inc., in Terboro, New Jersey, where he served most recently as executive vice president and chief operating officer for North America. His role at Gibson Guitar will focus on all operations management for the entire family of brands and multi-site manufacturing management.
Gibson has also named Steve Horn to the position of chief marketing officer. Horn will be responsible for the management of key marketing functions within the organization, including creative services, marketing administration, event and trade shows, product management and the Gibson web team. Horn has more than 20 years' marketing experience, most recently serving as chief marketing officer for Coca-Cola Enterprises.
Roxanne Khazarian has been named to the position of senior vice president, general counsel and secretary.
Previously, she was consulting attorney for the corporate and securities group in the legal department at General Electric world headquarters in Fairfield, Connecticut.
Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, Gibson Guitar's family of brands now includes Epiphone, Slingerland, Baldwin, Hamilton and Wurlitzer.
