Joel Christopher Link studies violin with Sonja Foster. He is a seventh grade home-schooled student in Cartersville, Georgia. Joel also plays the piano. He has been a member of the Disney Young Musicians Symphony Orchestra in Lincoln Center and the Conservatorio Joaquin Rodrigo Orchestra, touring Spain and the Philippines. Joel has appeared as a soloist with the Gwinnett, Georgia, Philharmonic Orchestra and at the IV Virtuosi Music Festival in Brazil. Alison Hazen has studied the flute for nine years and is a student of Cindy Henderson. She is in the ninth grade at Ogden High School in Ogden, Utah. Alison has performed extensively in master classes. She won the Utah State Fair Intermediate Wind Division in 1999 and 2000. Alison was the youngest member of the Olympic Spirit Band for the 2002 Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City. She was the second-place winner in the MTNA Junior High School Woodwinds Competition in 2001.

MTNA HIGH SCHOOL PERFORMANCE COMPETITIONS
MTNA High School Brass Competition, sponsored by the MTNA FOUNDATION
Anna Marie Dodd, a tenth-grader, currently studies horn with Richard Deane. She has participated in the All-State Band and Chorus for four consecutive years. In addition, she has played with the Metropolitan Youth Symphony for two seasons and performed with them at the Piccolo Spoleto. She is now in her second year with the Atlanta Symphony Youth Orchestra and also serves as their librarian. Anna placed second in the MTNA National Competitions in 2000. MTNA High School Percussion Competition, sponsored by Yamaha Corporation of America, Band and Orchestral Division
June Hahn, 16, currently studies with Dong-wook Park. She made her debut in 1996, and, since then, has won second prize in the First Percussion Competition in Korea and first prize in the Journal of Music Concours. In 1998, she won grand prize in the First Marimba Competition in Japan. June has performed with the "Cave and Concert" in Cheju Island, 1997, Prodigy concerts at the Kumbo Art Gallery and Seoul Arts Center, 1999, and in 2001 the Marimba Concerto, "Prism Rhapsody," with the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra.
