Federal-Mogul and Taiho Corp. form joint venture - Supply & Demand: North America - Brief Article

Federal-Mogul Corp and Taiho Corp. of America will establish a joint venture to produce engine gaskets for global vehicle manufacturers. Each company will own 50 percent of the company which will be called TF Global Gaskets LLC (TFGG). TFGG will produce multilayer steel cylinder head gaskets, initially focusing on auto manufacturers in North America. The joint venture will be established at an existing Federal-Mogul facility in Gordonsville, Tenn.
