Metaldyne to supply connecting rods for Chrysler Group engine - Supply & Demand: North America - Brief Article

Metaldyne will supply powder metal forged connecting rods for Chrysler Group's new 5.7L HEMI Magnum V-8 engine that is scheduled to launch late 2002. The engine will be used on the 2003 model-year heavy-duty Dodge Ram pickups. Metaldyne will manufacture the connecting rods at its facility in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico.
