Industry: Email Alert RSS FeedIntercomposite shims - New Products - from Spirol International Corp - Brief Article
Automotive Industries, Dec, 2002
Spirol International Corp. has launched a new line of laminated shims. The shims are designed to have peelable layers, which are removed until the desired thickness is achieved. Intercomposite shims are made of a glycol polyethylene tereplate film and are bonded with an extremely fine resin. They are then put under extreme pressure during a prolonged thermal treatment that hardens the resin and reduces the bonding agent thickness.
