Deutsche Bank shifts DaimlerChrysler stake - Europe - stake falls to 11.83% from 11.94% - Brief Article

Automotive Industries,  Dec, 2002

Deutsche Bank AG has reduced its stake in DaimlerChrysler AG as part of a legal change in its holding structure; however this does not signify a move in its stance on the stake. The stake moves to 11.83 percent from 11.94 percent and is largely aimed at improving cost structure. Deutsche Bank is trying to put all of its industrial stakes in a GmbH unit or limited liability company.
