The DL Technology LLC DispenseLink system was designed to provide micro-volume dispensing of dot-arrays, lines, fill routines and custom patterns on any standard dispensing platform. DispenseLink was engineered to offer totally programmable increment and velocity control necessary for today's dispense requirements, providing material volumes of 8 mils or less, password-secure programming and touch screen interface. The Dispense Link system includes the DispenseLink controller, DL Micro Valve, and DL custom machined needles. A brushless motor was installed to control the rotation of the auger with a programmable encoder for achieving specific dispense parameters. According to the company, the encoder provides more than 57,000 counts per revolution of the auger to allow the valve to repeatedly dispense 8 mils or less based on the material and application requirements.
