AVX Corporation has developed a surface mount thermistor for applications such as automotive electronics. According to AVX, the NB23 Series can be used as a temperature sensor for a battery pack's charge control circuitry, and the thermistors are also ideal for temperature measurement on LCD displays, especially those used on high resolution color dashboard displays. The NB23 Series thermistors feature resistance values from 10 Kohm to 100 Kohm, with standard tolerances of 5,10 and 20 percent. AVX, Tele: (843)448-9411 or www.avx.com.
