Rotary transmitters available from Magtrol Inc. are designed to transmit electrical measurement signals from a rotating part to a stationary measurement system or PC. The transmitters were engineered to work without the use of slip rings, brushes or wire loops. 4, 8 or 12 channel versions are available and according to Magtrol they can withstand up to 40,000 prm environments.
