Goodyear and Siemens VDO have developed a new software package for tire low-pressure warning systems. The display now delivers a convenience or a warning message. Carrying extra weight in the vehicle or sustained driving at high speeds can trigger the convenience message. It "suggests" that the driver add more air at the next stop.
