Bellevue, Washington-based BSQUARE Corp. acquired the privately-held InfoGation Corporation in a cash and stock transaction valued at about $8 million. InfoGation develops on-board and handheld vehicle navigation systems, complimenting BSQUARE's expertise in the creation, connection and management of Windows powered smart devices.
InfoGation becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary and continues to operate out of its San Diego, California offices.
