Mann+Hummel buys Solvay Division - Supply and Demand: Europe - Mann and Hummel Automotive Inc., Solvay S.A - Brief Article

German supplier Mann+Hummel has completed its acquisition of the Air Induction Systems Division of the Belgian Solvay Group. The deal includes eight Solvay facilities and some 1,100 employees working in France, Germans UK, USA, Belgium and Brazil The facilities, employees and management will be integrated into the Mann+Hummel air filter and induction systems business units.
