Ford CEO Jac Nasser wants his execs to "get down" with GenX and Y. So, Ford managers now carry, a little wallet-size card with hip-hop terminology. The card, developed by a California marketing group called Fusion 5, is described as "Echo Boomers: The Non-Definitive Street Guide." Here's a quick review: "Whip" is a nice car, a "hooptie" is a broken-down car and "dope" means cool.

Is this guy groovy, or what?
