AVX Corp. announces its AQ Series extended range of porcelain and ceramic multilayer capacitors (MLC), which can be used for 1 MHz to 10 GHz RF and microwave applications. The MCLs have lower equivalent series resistance but higher current carrying capabilities. They are made of a fine grain, high density, high purity dielectric material, which is moisture resistant with internal palladium electrodes.
