Solvay, Thermoplastic Rubber join forces - North America - Brief Article

Solvay Engineered Polymers says it will form an alliance with Thermoplastic Rubber Systems Inc. (TRS) that includes the option of Solvay buying TRS in the future. The agreement between the two companies gives Solvay the rights to market and sell TRS' line of products. Solvay will have the exclusive rights to market NexPrene materials globally, except in Asia.
