Gibbs Die Casting Corporation's Henderson, Kentucky home features six die casting plants, a tool-building facility, and a machining plant, all located in one large industrial complex. Gibbs is also strategically aligned with an aluminum smelting plant located in this same industrial complex.

Gibbs is a major supplier of aluminum and magnesium die castings in the U.S. Specifically, Gibbs is the leading U.S. supplier of aluminum air conditioning compressor castings, stators for torque converters, and fan bodies and clutches. Gibbs also holds a strong competitive position in many other industry segments. Gibbs produces full-size magnesium instrument panels and most of the steering wheel armatures used in the world today. Gibbs' machining capacity is growing rapidly, currently utilizing 140,000 square feet of production area

Gibbs' international vision is responsible for construction and expansion of a die casting plant in Texas that is providing aluminum and magnesium castings to customers in Mexico. Recent acquisitions in South Korea and Brazil and a plant in Hungary now under construction have enabled Gibbs to supply manufacturers worldwide with the same high quality parts previously available only in the U.S.

Gibbs is known for our ability to ran a large variety of alloys of aluminum and magnesium, including many high-ductility aluminum alloys. Gibbs offers the versatility to provide squeeze castings and semi-solid castings.
