Rodale Names Editorial Director, Organic Living Group
Christopher Hirsheliner, the former executive editor and co-founder of Saveur, has been named editorial director of Rodale's Organic Living Group.
Hirsheimer will oversee all editorial staff for Organic Gardening, Organic Living Books and Rodale's new magazine, Organic Style.
Since 1994, Hirsheimer's writing, editing and photography have been key elements of Saveur. Under her direction, the magazine was nominated for 14 National Magazine Awards, winning three. She also helped launch Garden Design and was its editor at large.
