What Tim Allen Reads

Folio: The Magazine for Magazine Management, Nov 1, 2002

"I read Auto Week for the latest and greatest info on cars - it gives me things to add to my wish list. Wheels of Time: Every article seems to be written by colorful characters who are older than my dead grandparents, saying things like, 'After all these years, I still have Peterbilt running through my veins.' I'll read just about any transportation magazine.

It can be about cars, trucks, boats, planes - hell, even tanks and tractors - I don't care. I'm a man. No explanation necessary! Popular Science: it gives me the latest in science, the Internet, medicine, computers, electronics, space, autos... what more could I ask for?" What Tim Allen won't read: "Most 'new' men's magazines. They don't represent any men I know."
