BACKGROUND
Established in 1957, DialAmerica is one of the nation's largest telephone marketing service agencies and the preeminent telephone magazine marketer. Although we are experts in telephone marketing, our strength lies in the study of our clients' business. Additionally, performance-based pricing sets us apart from an otherwise commodity-driven vendor environment. Not surprisingly, we wholeheartedly believe that marketing partnerships lead to long term success.

DialAmerica's telephone renewal effort has proven effective in helping consumer and trade magazine publishers realize maximum conversion rates on a cost effective basis. We consider the telephone renewal effort a part of your overall renewal series and tailor the call so that it is consistent with your own renewal marketing strategy. Our corporate goal is to leave the customer happier after our call than they were before they picked up the phone. Our clients are encouraged to monitor our sales calls to hear subscriber feedback first hand.
Because DialAmerica is a performance-priced company, we charge our clients a mutually agreed upon amount for each order generated. This relieves our clients of analyzing factors unrelated to their core business and gives DialAmerica greater incentive to produce sales.
SPONSOR NEW BUSINESS PROGRAM
Our Sponsor New Business Program is a unique marketing approach that provides publishers with new business subscriptions and non-profit organizations with a consistent source of revenue. In this program, DialAmerica sells magazine subscriptions at the lowest rate available to the general public. For each paid sale generated, DialAmerica contributes 12 1/2% of the value to a charitable organization. DialAmerica offers a highly competitive new business remit versus other agents and provides publishers with new business production that is easily modeled, with high-quality demographics.
