Mission: To offer a single news source and forum for marketing and media strategists. Target audience: Directed to 40,000 media and publishing executives within b-to-b companies and advertising agencies.

Initial distribution/circulation: The monthly tabloid launches on a controlled basis with a circulation of 25,000--13,000 copies will go to agencies, 10,000 to corporations and 2,000 to the media. Supplementary circulation to support newsstand sales ($5 per copy) and non-qualified subscriptions ($70 for 12 issues) is planned.

Editorial highlights: Focusing on the news and newsmakers in b-to-b marketing and advertising, each monthly edition includes trends, research and general news.

Ad rates: A full-page, four-color ad is $5,500; black-and-white advertising is not available. Advertisers will be drawn from business publications, online and broadcast business outlets, as well as advertising agencies. Staff: Joseph DiPietro is publisher and acting editor.
