In order to help business-to-business marketers develop and manage lead generation programs, the Direct Marketing Association is publishing the Business-to-Business Lead Generation Handbook, scheduled for release in April. The book will include a how-to section with step-by-step instructions on generating leads, converting them to sales, and retaining customers.

It will also include a directory of b-to-b specific suppliers referenced by category.
