Folio: The Magazine for Magazine Management, August 1, 1995
The Editorial Excellence Awards is a unique magazine competition in which entrants are critiqued against standards they define for themselves. Our panel of judges scored contestants on how clearly their mission statements were defined, how well the issues they submitted accomplished those goals, and how well each magazine's features, departments and design supported its stated editorial intentions. Of the 208 entries - all published in 1994 - 44 demonstrated an excellence in meeting these standards. Please join FOLIO:'s celebration of the industry's best.
