Performance is a quarterly guide for upperlevel management that aims to help executives improve employee and company productivity.

Launched in November, the new title is published by Bill Communications, Inc., as a supplementary magazine to Successful Meetings, Incentive and Sales & Marketing Management, three of the company's monthly publications. Editorial addresses goals and strategies, focusing on customer service, employee empowerment, technological advances, process innovation and more. Says publisher Richard O'Connor: "Today's corporate managers need help if they're to become better leaders and motivators." Andrea Welch is the editor.
