* Resort Condominiums International, a timeshare exchange company, signed Champlain Shores Cottage Country Residence in Ontario. Champlain Shores, a private residence club, offers whole ownership and fractional ownership. The property, which will consist of 51 luxury cottage suites, is scheduled to open in 2005. Champlain Shores is owned and operated by Spruce Tree Resorts. Club Intrawest-Blue Mountain in Collingwood, Ontario, also affiliated with RCI. The 55-unit property opened in January and is managed by Intrawest Resort Ownership Corp. RCI is a subsidiary of Cendant Corp.
