* SunVest Realty Group, an Orlando-based real-estate development company, acquired Oak Plantation Vacation Ownership Resort from Oak Plantation Joint Venture, an affiliate of Starwood Vacation Ownership. The multimillion-dollar purchase includes the remaining inventory of about 7,000 interval weeks. Mortgage financing is being provided by the Resort Receivables Division of Textron Financial. The resort has 242 vacation-ownership units.
