n Bluegreen Corp. acquired the Vacation Club & Resort of Hershey, Pa. The purchase includes all unsold vacation-ownership interests in the existing 24-unit building. Bluegreen Resorts will manage the resort and plans to start building 54 new timeshare residences during the third quarter.
