Mark Daley III, president of The Generation Cos., a real-estate developer, asset manager and operator of extended-stay hotels, was re-elected to a three-year term as director of Suburban Franchise Holding Co. LLC, the owner of the Suburban Extended Stay Hotel brand. Generation is based in Research Triangle Park, N.C., and has 19 hotels with more than 2,300 guestrooms in its portfolio.
