* Starwood Vacation Ownership, a division of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, opened its fourth Westin-branded vacation-ownership resort, the Westin Kierland Villas. The first phase of the project, which is located in Scottsdale, Ariz., comprises 51 two-bedroom villas. Upon completion, the resort will have 158 villas. The resort is located next to the new Westin Kierland Resort & Spa.
