Developments
Princess Tours plans to build a $10-million wilderness lodge on land bordering the Wrangell-St. Elias National Park and Preserve in south-central Alaska. The proposed 100-room lodge is to be named the Copper River Princess Wilderness Lodge.
Ramada Franchise Systems and REPCO Hospitality Group plan to build and develop an upscale, 800-room hotel in Atlantic City, N.J. The $140-million project will be the first new-construction Ramada hotel in the city.
Acquisitions
R.D. Olson Construction will develop a 143-room, extended-stay Staybridge Suites and a 264-room Holiday Inn. Both will be part of the first nonDisney hospitality complex within the Anaheim Resort Zone (Calif.)

Glenwood Management bought the 84-room Sutton hotel in New York from Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels Ltd.
Horseshoe Entertainment sold the 201-room Le Bossier Hotel in Bossier City, La., to Richard Pernici for $4.2 million.
