Sleeping with the enemy: of bedbugs and collapsing beds

Because bedbugs are back on the offensive, hoteliers need to be as well. The last thing a guest should have to worry about is a good night's sleep. Only when their beds are secured can guests and hoteliers alike "sleep tight."
