[c] Hotel & Motel Management has partnered with the Center for Marketing Effectiveness to provide the inaugural Industry Insight section, addressing in-room entertainment issues from the perspectives of members of an elite Editorial Research Board. The ERB comprises more than 100 multiunit owners, operators and developers who will, on a regular basis, weigh in on various topics that are important to the hotel industry.

This installment features responses from 42 members of H&MM's ERB.
