* According to a survey conducted by Harris Interactive, 52 percent of American business travelers book their business travel online, but 33 percent still use offline channels such as travel agents to make or amend their business-travel reservations. The key reason given for accessing offline channels was the desire to have a person confirm what is booked online actually is booked, which was cited by 49 percent.
