* Shell Vacations is building the Vino Bello vacation-ownership resort in Napa Valley, Calif. Completion of the first 64 units is expected by the end of 2005. The resort will have 100 units upon completion. The resort will feature oneand two-bedroom units and will be managed by Shell Hospitality. Pacific Hospitality Group is building the 100-room Meritage Hotel at Napa on the adjoining site.
