* According to the latest Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels' "Hotels Investor Sentiment Survey," investors indicated their strongest buy rating for the U.S. property sector in three years. New York and San Francisco topped the list as the most desirable cities in which to own. Dallas and Orlando had the most significant sell ratings. Hawaii posted strong buy and sell ratings.
