* Marriott Grand Residence Club, a subsidiary of Marriott International, is offering a fractional-ownership option in addition to its traditional quarter ownership interest at its property in Lake Tahoe, Calif. The resort offers seasonal fractions of three- or five-week increments. A limited number of the resort's 199 residences are available for the shorter ownership interest. Marriott Vacation Club International opened Marriott's Canyon Villas ad Desert Ridge, its first resort in Phoenix. Fifty-one of 252 villas are open.
