Cabo Villas Beach Resort in Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, Mexico, affiliated with Interval International, a vacation exchange company. Upon its completion during the first quarter, the resort will have 83 units in a variety of configurations, including studios and five-bedroom units. Club Unicum, a vacation-ownership resort in Heviz, Hungary, also affiliated with Interval. The boutique-style resort offers 22 units comprising studio units and one- and two-bedroom apartments.
