Ashford Hospitality Trust completed the acquisition of a 21-property, 4,094-guestroom portfolio from Fisher Brothers, the Gordon Getty Trust and George Soros for $35 million in cash, $50.3 million in operating partnership units and the assumption of $164.7 million in debt. The deal brings Ashford's portfolio to 9,346 guestrooms at 55 hotels.
